Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping From Location
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center located within the United States. This allows us to provide faster delivery times and a more reliable shipping experience for our customers.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days（ We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $0）

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days - $5

Delivery delays due to customs or carrier issues are not the responsibility of MageGee Keyboard Direct.

International Customers (Important Notice)
Please note that while we ship from a US-based warehouse, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that your country may apply once the shipment arrives. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are collected by your local government. We cannot control these costs and are not responsible for any delays caused by customs.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We can‘t ship to P.O. boxes within the U.S. Please note that shipping options may not be available for P.O. box addresses.

Damages
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at siconws@huashuimu.com.cn with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
